Provolone Cave Aged from Apulia is a traditional stretched-curd cheese made with unpasteurised cow’s milk and matured in natural underground caves. During around six months of ageing, it develops a firm yet supple texture and a rich, aromatic flavour with buttery, tangy and slightly spicy notes. This complexity makes it excellent for both eating and cooking: slice for cheese boards, melt into sandwiches or use in baked dishes and gratins.
